Hi, I am Riitta and I am Freelance yoga Teacher and Perfectly Prana is my company. \u00a0Originally I come from Finland but for many years I live and work within the Netherlands. I began my yoga path by practising Bikram Yoga. I had a hectic corporate job alongside what I now can identify as an equally hectic social life!<\/span><\/p>\n

When practicing yoga I noticed that the quality of my life improved, I was not only getting fitter but I felt more balanced and happy in my daily life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bikram yoga opened the door for me to other yoga practices. Soon spinning, body pump, gym and running began to take a \u201cback seat\u201d as I found myself increasingly exploring different yoga studios and styles.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the year 2013, my mother passed away. This had a huge impact on my life, encouraging me to seek further how I can improve my daily life and create more balance for myself and share my findings with others. During my first yoga retreat the seed of becoming of yoga teacher and fully utilizing my qualities was sown and in 2015 I successfully completed Alignment based Vinyasa teacher training in Thailand and a long held dream became reality!<\/span><\/p>\n

I was a yoga teacher and after spending one month in the jungle practicing yoga, eating vegetarian food and spending my days in yoga pants and bikini\u2019s, I realized I had never been happier in my life.<\/span><\/p>\n
