On this page you can learn more about my company, the benefits of yoga and the things you need to know before your first lessons at Perfectly Prana.
About Perfectly Prana
Perfectly Prana is my company name, for that is born in the middle of the jungle in Thailand. When we were building our dream boards during my yoga teacher training, I found from the magazine of picture of beautiful scenery in Thailand. The magazine said: “Perfectly Prana” and I turned the next page where it said: “Creating your own space”.
With these words how I felt it, is possible to go and find the space externally and internally where the inner peace & bliss exists with life force ~ prana. I cut those words out and put them on my dream board and I realised this is my company name.I had a vision, that I want to create the space for everybody no matter what the age, experience, condition is to practice yoga.

Yoga means different things for different people, I will never tell you what it means to you, you decide for yourself, only thing you need to do is to show up on the mat.”

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Some house rules, to make your 1st lesson go smooth:
- Yoga Studio provides yoga mats and towels, after lesson please clean the mats from sweat
- Bring A water bottle with you
- Dress up on light comfortable clothes, if you join hot yoga lesson then no heavy jogging pants, you will be sweating too much
- If you have any injuries, please inform the yoga teacher in advance, if any serious injuries consult with your GP before start practising yoga
- Do not eat heavy meal 1.5-2h before the lessons, you might feel uncomfortable during the yoga postures
- Drinking coffee just before hot yoga lesson is not recommended because it might get you dehydrated
- Bring open and curious mind without judgement towards yourself or others, give yourself opportunity to be first timer
- Do not drink alcohol before the lessons, and if you had one wine too much last night, during the flow lesson heart rate can go high, so no hangover is recommended.
NOTE: In general please remember you don’t need to be flexible in order to attend the Yoga lesson, it is not about the touching the toes it is about the journey getting there and of course having fun when doing that.
